Though Chichi the cat looks very cute, he has one goal: eradicate humanity and take over the world! He decides to recruit comrades to aid him in his quest, but it looks like world conquest wont be that easy?! Follow the adventures of Chichi the ~tyrant~, Dunno, the dog who loves humans, and Kaiser Kang Taeshik, the hard-boiled wild hamster, as they face many hardships on their path to absolute dominion!
